Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ParkBridge, we want you to feel confident when using our products. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for TicketHop subscriptions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your TicketHop subscription at any time directly from your account page within the TicketHop Chrome extension.

After cancellation, access to the service will remain available until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date if you are not satisfied with the product.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day period. Requests made after this period are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
